The objectives of the FCRM are:

• To conduct research activities on infectious diseases in the health sector; in Congo-Brazzaville 

• To conduct training activities for students and health personnel

• To plead for greater & agrave support; health research

To provide quality care; à a vulnerable population.

Three sites host FCRM activities. These include: (1) the Centre for Research on Infectious Diseases in the BSL3 Laboratory, Moleacute Laboratory, Immunology Laboratory, Parasitology Laboratory; (2) a health establishment; including a clinical research centre, consultation centre and laboratory for medical analysis and (3) a unit; and finance.

 

The established research groups are:

• Research Group 1: Immunology and Epileacute; Moleacute Epidemiology of Parasitic Infections (GIEMIP)

• Research Group 2nbsp: Génomics and Antimicrobial Resistance of Bact and Virus
Research Group 3: Research and Study Group 3: Medicine, Social Sciences and Culture in Africa (GERMESSCA).
